Designed with young adults in mind who are transitioning from the classroom to the workplace, our Monarch© Program is also aimed at anyone transitioning into a new career or promotion, desiring to project a stronger presence during presentations or networking events, or simply seeking to discuss issues that seem to hinder their goals. This program is also a great portal for foreign students to learn about our cultural do's and don't's and prepare for the workplace more efficiently.
